Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Thanh assessed that the socio-economic development of Vietnam, especially in the past 5 years, has begun to lean towards quality instead of quantity. The focus on innovation, the knowledge economy has been increasingly promoted and contributed to raising the position of Vietnam in recent years. We are at a historical point with many potential challenges but also many opportunities to bring into play the strength of the entire people and potentials of the country in the new normal period and bring Vietnam to continue to become one of the most dynamic economy with the highest growth rate in the region and in the world.
