According to Startup Blink rankings 2020, Vietnam was ranked at #59 in the world. Also in 2020, Vietnam remained at 42/131 countries and territories in Global Innovation Index (GII). These achievements have the merits of Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem in foreign countries. Nowadays, apart from the growth in the number of students studying abroad, there are approximately 500 Vietnamese scientists each year participating in teaching, researching as well as technology transfer and investment cooperation for enterprise development. They are a valuable source of human capital for our country on the path of socio-economic development in general, and science and technology development in particular.
